Qabalistic Tarot, Sun Sept 30th, 2pm, Any Witch Way
In the modern world of Tarot, the phrase "Qabalistic
Tarot" sounds archaic and esoteric. And yet, a great
degree of tarot symbolism and imagery comes from the
Qabala, as filtered through the Golden Dawn over a
century ago. While many of these meanings remain in
the major arcana, minor arcana interpretations have
meandered in recent decades, leaving people with
multiple, conflicting methodologies that can be
tedious and bewildering to learn and apply. In this
workshop, Taliesin Govannon will go over the classical meanings
for the entire minor arcana as they relate to the
spheres on the Tree of Life, and show how these older
arcane meanings can be extremely simple and rewarding
for any tarot reader.
