hmm, so todays my moms birthday, and she spent most of her day at the hospital visiting her friend who is very sick , and then she had to go to work late, and I didn't want her to have to come to work alone so I came with her for the ride. I try to be a good kid sometimes :)
Anyway, now I'm kind of boreddddddd.
So I wrote this poem the other day, I'm going to write it in here becuase I have nothing better to do with my time, lol.
The sun is drownd out
And the clouds take over the sky
Strokes of lightning stream down across the gray dark sky
People scatter for cover, under there umbrellas
Afraid to get wet
And as the rain pours down from the sky
The ground below me shakes
I watch from the window
and puddles start to appear on the sidewalks
Thunder pounds over our roof tops
Everytime I hear these thuds it shatters my thoughts
Leaving me speachless-
Later on in the evening
The moon glows overhead
warming up the room
And I fall asleep to the soft sounds of the rain
And whistles of the wind.
