call me a loser, call me a geek...
but when i love the resourced UW has! right now, microbiology is my toughest class because i am not use to the terminology nor the natural history of microbes. Plus, this class is a combination of anatomy, physiology, virulogy, etc. So it's so hard putting all these mirco pieces together! However, with the help of google, wikipedia, about.com, online books, medical school websites from all over the country, and another LOVELY website that shows IMAGES of each disease: MD explorer... i can understand it all!
Of course, this is a long process but it really helps me learn this stuff. Gosh, it takes like 3 hours to outline every hr lecture. But time isnt wasted because i'm not overwhelmed by the material or the class. I am ready to kick arse for exam numero dos coming up next week!!
