I HAVE HAD THE WORST FUCKING DAY!!

it's time like these..
times when after such a
horrible day & i'm feeling
depressed, sad, lonely
..that i really dont know
what to do; dont know who
to ask to come over; dont
know how to make it all
better. i dont even want to
drink or smoke, which used
to be my escape; but now im
just so lost and feel so
overwhelmed with emotion.
