i feel like i finally gave presents that my family likes.
i got the coolest new camera.
i got firefly!!!!
i recieved yet another target giftcard (still haven't spent the one from last year).
my parents continued their rather odd sharpie spree. first it was 26 fine point, and today it was 26 super fine point. same colors, though. i love them, but that's still quite strange.
my mom gave me a really nice cashmere sweater that i would never ever wear. i told her, and we decided to get me a watch instead. ^.^ i really want a watch, and just because rachel wants tons of clothes doesn't mean i do.
speaking of confusing your daughters: rachel got an ihome. ok, cool. i got a new amazing camera. i asked for an ihome, but really i didn't expect to get both. later my mom says something to rachel about how it doesn't have radio alarm, and she hopes that rachel is ok with that. rachel says sure, she's just so amazed. my mom says she wasn't sure, she knew how rachel wanted it so much. rachel pauses, and tells my mom she never asked for it, but it's soooo cool. i asked for it. rachel got it. damnit. i said that i had asked for it. my mom was confused, but said that they'll probably be on sale tomorrow. i take that to mean that she feels guilty and would buy me one. she really doesn't have to. i already have ipod speakers.
i also got a mirror that i really don't want because it makes me feel super self conscious. so i have to figure out a way to politely return that, too...
i need to get dressed and go back downstairs.
