I come online  for the first time since Saturday and what do I see first?

You guys. Naomi dies, doesn't she? This has made me super depressed, and like I've been droning on to several people, I CAN'T EVEN WATCH

This is so sad, I just lost about half my comment because LJ is acting up... Going to try again, though:

Yes, you are so right about shit being thrown at Tara. I feel like she has the worst luck on the entire show, and that's saying something. That even includes Jason, lol. I hope the writers will stop making Tara the victim of every single thing and maintain that cage fighting mentality we were introduced to in the first episode of season four.

But, after watching that trailer (thank you for that link!), I do suspect that something will happen to Naomi. Which sucks, because I was interested in seeing their relationship develop on screen.

I'm thrilled about the prospect of Lafayette becoming a fierce witch. Best thing ever! I hope he'll play a more pivotal part in bringing down the "villain" this season.

Not too happy about Jessica walking into the light, though. I hope nothing bad happens to her, but I fear that she'll burn and die or they'll break up Jessica and Hoyt. Jessica and Hoyt are my favorite couple on the show and after Sunday's episode, I think they're going to turn it into a lame love triangle, with Jason going after Jessica. And as much as I love both Jessica and Jason, I don't want them to get together. But I'm willing to just sit back and relax and watch how it goes. ;)

I'm also not interested in all the storylines, but I think that that's the great thing about TB and its ensemble cast. There are always so many characters and so many different storylines, that there's always something for people to enjoy. For instance, Arlene, Andy, Tommy and Sam (not to mention the whole Crystal storyline and the werewolves, except Alcide. Alcide is awesome.) bore me most of the time, but there are plenty of other storylines I do love and other characters I can get invested in.

I know they have to have a human to dump on, but why Tara? She does take the brunt of it. Maybe AB really hates her for some reason. I dunno.

I think I can get into Jason/Jessica/Hoyt. I actually really like Jason even if I've hated pretty much every storyline of his. But Jessica/Hoyt is my fave couple on the show too and I don't want anything happening to them. I hope that part of Jessica going out into the light was just the beginning and Bill saves her or something. She's always in the promos and has become a pretty major character so AB isn't going to do anything to her. Right?

And yeah, if Lafayette is going to be a focus then him being a part of the witches is very much welcomed. That and when he gets his memory back Eric doesn't try to kill him for being a witch.
