1. Did I ever say I was going back to school? I think I've said it in comments, but I don't know if I've said it in this journal. Well, I am. Just a small community college. And it's kicking my ass. Because I can't schedule my time for shit and I'm always behind. One of these days I'm not going to procrastinate as badly as I am now.

I forgot to mention in my first comment that I <3 the icon for this post.

We only have to deal with humidity when it is going to rain or just finished raining. We were under a heat advisory today and it was a little humid because we have some thunder storms in the area, but normally it is just dry heat. We are supposed to have rain for the next couple of days so the high is going to be in the low to middle 90s, then go back up to around 100 after the rain leaves the area.
I am glad that it is less humid here than in SC because humidity makes my hair so frizzy.

I don't think they realized the show was going to be on this many seasons, and now it is just funny that it is supposed to be the world's longest story on the world's longest day. The showrunners make jokes about the length of the story now and that premise. One great thing about HIMYM is the use of continuity because some storylines are told throughout a few seasons like the slap bet thing. (You never know when Marshall is going to slap Barney again as a result of a bet from a few years ago).

Tara/Naomi ftw. I really hope she's on later in the season. I'd love to see Lafayette and Sookie's reactions to her. And now I kinda want Tara/Pam. It isn't going to happen, but dammit that's not going to stop me from wanting it.

Your hair gets frizzy in the humidity? What do you think happens to mine? :) It's suppose to be 100 even, before the humidity today. Yay.

See, now you have me wanting to get the DVDs so I can see what the showrunners have said about the length of the show and the storytelling. I've noticed that with the continuity. That's such a great thing, because shows I've loved (Scrubs) before have been bad about it.

I would love to see Lafayette and Sookie's reactions to Naomi too. Lafayette has already made comments about Tara hooking up with a chick (basically saying the "pussy" is making her happy). I <3 Pam in the books and the show. Pam/Tara would be kind of cool. Damn you for making want that to happen. ;)

I am sure your hair gets crazy frizzy too. I don't know if I told you, but I have long hair (almost to my butt) so frizzy leads to tangles and that sucks so much. I should probably get a haircut for summer. Boo about the temperature in SC.

You should get the HIMYM DVDs because some of the extra stuff is funny. Have you ever heard the full version of the theme song (Hey Beautiful)? I love it and the theme song part is just a teeny tiny part of the song. I hate when shows are sucky with continuity. It always throws me off for a minute so I adore when shows are awesome about remembering old storylines and random jokes.

I had to babysit yesterday and I got less than three hours of sleep so I took a nap when Larkin took a nap. I am probably going to be up insanely late tonight as well.

On one of the season DVDs, they have a music video for Hey Beautiful that is entertaining. I think you should be able to find some of the season DVDs for less than $25 a season.

I think that only Lafayette and Jesus know that Tara is hooking up with Naomi.
