ROOMMATE NEEDED!

I'm still seeking a roomy for Jan 1st. This is a horrible time to be looking, who the hell wants to move right now?
So....if you know of anyone looking please let me know. Our home is large and cozy! new tenant would get their own office space, shared artist studio space, free off street parking, free laundry in basement....AND SUPER CHEAP!!!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, cause I can't afford it if we don't find someone....and that would be very bad!
