My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd person to share our apartment. The room is on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor house. No dogs, no cats...any other pets, ask me.
Located in Malden, 1/2 a block away from the Malden Center T stop on the Orange line!! $500/month + utilities, which are really not bad split between 3 people!
3BR, living room, dining room, eat in kitchen with a pantry, bathroom, small office type space comes along with this room! Artist studio on 3rd floor shared between all 3 tenants! Front and Back porches, and PLENTY of OFF STREET parking.
Available January 1st. Can show the place any time before then. Unfortunately our roommate has to move back to Sweden :-(
