I am in need of a roomate for one of the bedrooms in my 3 bedroom apartment. It is available Sept first, there is no lease, but we are looking for someone that can stay long term. First/last-split internet, electric, and gas. The house is a good size, could use some more decor. There is free laundry in the basement, off street parking (I think) No dogs, may be able to allow other pets.
There is an artist studio on the 3rd floor shared by all 3 tenants, so this place would be ideal for an artist type. We are looking for some one that is somewhat neat, and very reliable.
