(no subject)
All settled in new apt. We need to buy some more furniture- bookcases, end table, dvd holder, which we'll get once B gets her vacation payout from her job in PA.
Started my new job Friday. I have 4 clients right now. I need to call them tomorrow to set up appointments to meet them. I also found out that the agency doesn't offer insurance so I have to figure out what to do about that.
B is interviewing at a few places, hopefully she'll get a job soon.
P is moving out of the old place tomorrow and I am meeting the landlord there Tuesday for the inspection and to return our keys.
I shut my finger in a door at work today, it hurts.
I'm having serious restless leg issues lately. I think I'm tired and run down and that's causing it.
Um..Mati and Jake are getting better together. They still have stand-offs every now and then but she hasn't hit him except once on their second day together. B was trying to get them to be friends and he made eye contact so she whacked him. Didn't hurt him, just a slap and he's never looked at her again.
I dyed my hair today. Stupid greys are taking over. Damned genetic disorder.
Yesterday, Boston did Earth Hour, when people are supposed to turn off their lights and electronics for an hour to conserve energy. It was from 8:30-9:30pm. During that time, we were very bored in the dark so we had a shadow puppet show using the candlelight. B had the unfortunate turn when her arms were tired and she had one hand down while the other acted. In her shadow, the hand that was down at her side looked weird. This lead me to yelling: "It looks like you have a penis!!" LOL, we are special.
And I'm losing my mind *giggles like a crazy person*
