I fell down the porch steps yesterday and bruised my butt. It hurts.
I was trying to make myself a pair of mittens, but then I almost finished the first one and it was hideous and there were gaps in it where the DPNs met up and there were holes near the top and it was pointy and I did the thumb backwards. I ripped it up. No good. Maybe I do new ones, but not now.
Was very cranky at the end of work today. One of the kids wouldn't go to bed and was being a pain in the ass. At one point, he took a chair in his room and was sitting in his doorway refusing to go to bed and talking and generally being obnoxious. So one of the other staff and I grabbed the chair from behind and dumped him into his room and shut the door. I hate stubborn bratty kids. Grr.
