Detroit City and Grape Jelly
Fun weekend- Friday I celebrated my birthday by hanging out with old-co-workers for lunch and then touring the Art Institute with my dad and finishing the day off with a roadtrip with my friends Mel and Morgan to Detroit. Saturday was the Renfaire in michigan followed by a play in Ann Arbor. Sunday was a chill out day, in which I mostly lazed on the couch watching horrific real clips of accidents on National Geographic. Then Sunday evening we had a multi-celebrant birthday at a local restaurant in Ferndale near Morgans house, followed by frollicking in the streets of ferndale, a journey to 7-11 for coffee, and a quest to see the local dragon. Monday I woke early to get to my godmother's house where we made grape jelly and caught up on things. Then there was the drive back. I got free coffee at one of the stations which was really nice of the guy. I'm broke now. :( But I get paid friday and I'll just work some extra time to make sure I get the money I need for my next rent check.
