Its Raining, is Pouring

Which seems good now, but won't when it finally does stop and its 10ft tall!
Not much new. Foster was sick 2 days ago and puked 5 times. Yum. Called my vet, the soonest they can get him in is tomorrow morning, told me to try feeding him smaller portions throughout the day, seemed to have helped because he's back to chewing and ball fetching. *knocks on wood*
Ordered our bathroom tile, and got stuff to do the rock in the yards. Dunno who is helping us put the tile (and shower door) in yet though. Also bought Kevin a new saw so he is going to make me a shoe rack in the near/distant future! Also... found bifold doors for the bedrooms (we only need 2 since he has a mirrored one to put for the 3rd closet), but unforunatly we could not find one that fits the size of the door in the basement because apparantly it was hand made w/o proper measurements. (Most bifolds only come in 30" or 36"...the rest are normal 36"'s...but, the one in the basement is 32"!. Today we are getting our estimate for the new front storm door, perhaps investing in a new wooden fence and vinyl gate because everything is on sale right now. If we do get the fence, I will eventaully bribe someone into helping me stain it grey with perhaps a carton of cigarettes or some sort of reward. And perhaps..... at the end of the summer, Kevin will be purchasing a sweet ass new grill! Also found a tiny little dresser like thing that will fit in the bottom of the closet at that new Ikea store in Canton, I'm gonna call today and see if they have it in stock. I also need to do bills by Monday, and rent a carpet cleaner from Aco. O what fun!!
We also bought the digital recorder. However, there is SO MUCH work to be done before then. I really don't even wanna go there yet.
Been slowly and tediously getting my portfolio ready for WSU. Emphasis on the tedious part. And I really need to shape up and do more a day seeing I only have 4ish weeks left til school starts again, I just lack modivation to multi task currently. Shame on me; tisk, tisk.
I wonder if Sears Hardware closed yet?? If not, I need to see if they have a side rack mount for my station @ work. My boss will reimburse me but things are indeed getting cluttered. And I guess Chris and I are getting our chairs fixed, finally! I hate being 10ft tall, having to pump it up all the way and people saying "Is it just me, because I feel like I am going to fall over!?!"
Kevin's mom& stepdad have been married for 5 years, AND he's a pilot, yet they have NEVER taken a vacation yet! Until....this weekend, when WE get to house sit their huge ass house (indoor pool, jaquizzi, air hockey table, pool table, big screen tv - surround sound....and cabinents with unlimited liquor!) I have to feed everything in the pond (turtles, koy), and the 4 fishtanks inside, but I can't wait! Their house is so sweet and we will have it all to ourselves! Foster will obviously be over there with us, but we will probrably come home at night cause little Milo will be all alone. Not like he cares, as he does what he pleases all the time anywho.
We saw Clerks II with Jessica and Micheal last week. He is supposed to be coming up to work today to get his hair bleached like...the lead singer from Poison..lol!!
Grams is starting her official chemo treatments Monday @ 3:15, so @ 1:00 I have to go to a "chemo patient caretaker" class with my aunt. Her dr.'s apt's went well today and last Monday, not too much drainage left in the incision...one more time back to that Dr. on Thursday....but she is still afraid to go anywhere alone due to the inncident 2 weeks ago.
Bookwise, I have finished all of the Torey Hayden books my aunt Cheryl gave me (but I still want to buy the one's she didn't have to give me), and I have moved on from Marcia Grey to Dave Pelzer. All very different authors but very uniquely skilled writers. I have finished all 3 saugas from A Child Called "it"--- The Lost Boy, and a Man Named Dave, and I am starting on reading his narrirational self help book.
Still haven't had time to make a doctor's appointment, really need to do that soon.
