I'll try, episode by episode. Moffat hide his hints every where.

The 11th hour: So, when Ten became Eleven, the Tardis was crashing on Earth. At the same time, Amelia Pond, a little girl of 8 is praying because a crack on her wall scare her. She's living alone with her aunt but we never see her.

Just when she ask God to send a policeman, the Tardis crash in her garden, she see the sign and say thank you.

Not scared at all, she let the Doctor enter her home, and they tried to find a food he likes. He keep an apple in his vest and he settles on fish tick with custard (it's important later). Then they investigate the crack, which happen to lead to another dimension.

He opens it bigger to close it and they learn this dimension is a jail, and one prisoner escaped. The Doctor is thinking when the alarm ring in the Tardis, so he must leave to fix one thing or two, and promise Amelia to come back in 5 minutes and they'll go travel together.

When he comes back, he find no Amelia, but Amy, in the empty house. And Prisoner Zero, who can play on visual perception to make himself invisible and take form of people in the coma. It looks like a giant, slimy snake with teeth.

The Doctor missed his landing, coming back 12 years later, and Amy was sent to a lot of shrinks because she kept saying her imaginary friend was real. He proves it's him by showing the apple still in his vest.

Then they take care of Prisoner Zero and the 'cops' in charge (some kind of giant eyes) to catch him, who want to destroy the Earth to be sure he's gone if he doesn't surrender. One person helping is Amy's sort of boyfriend, Rory, a nurse who is the one who spotted the double of the coma's patients, and therefore the Prisoner.

When the Prisoner is captured, he warned the Doctor about the Silent coming, and the cracks in the universe. Then the cops go away and the Doctor is 'Bitch please, you think you can threaten the planet and get away like that?' and we get one of the best scenes.

After he comes back, he again missed the time landing, it's two year later. Amy accept to go travel with him in the condition they come back the next day. She's not saying why, but it's because she's getting married.

Later, we learn it's with Rory. On one screen of the Tardis, a signal briefly take the form of the crack on the wall.

The Beast Below: We met Liz 10, the kickass Queen of England in the future post Earth's plosion. We also see the same crack on the ship. (They're on a space whale.)

Victory of the Daleks: New superiors, 'cleaner' daleks are created, they look like the Power Rangers. Also, Amy has no memory of the last invasion and the whole stolen Earth thing.

The Time of Angel/Flesh and Stone: River Song returns, we find that she's in jail for murder. Her help on this mission is probably how she's free to go in Silent in the Library.

We also met the Crying Angels again. A lot more of them. They're running from the Silent and from the cracks. One of these cracks appear, way bigger, and it's erasing everything falling into it from history, including memories. The Doctor assume it's the reason Amy forgot the Daleks.

One scene has the Doctor, sounding tired, giving advices to Amy. He had his vest on when he actually lost it earlier. It's not bad editing.

Amy almost die, and she's the 'need we're alive sex!' type. The Doctor is totally not (he's reacting to her like he's her uncle or someone even older.) So...

The vampires of Venice: He go and get Rory to offer them a pre honeymoon at Venice, and miss the time again, going in the past. Rory made his homework and is not impressed by the Doctor and is not really a big fan.
The vampires, the aliens du jour, escaped on Earth because, again, the Silent, and because the crack eat their planet.

Amy's Choice: Deal with the whole Amy/Rory/Doctor thing with Amy choosing definitively Rory.

The Hungry Earth/Cold Blood: Again a driving fail from the Doctor. They deal with a reptilian race living underground. I think the Silerian. They want to come back up there, but almost everybody agree in the end than the both worlds are not ready for that.

When the group wants to leave, the crack is near the Tardis. The Doctor knows a big explosion must have happened to provoke that and stick his hand inside to get some debris. It's a bit of the Tardis.

One of those who disagree attack the group at this point and Rory is killed when he push the Doctor away to save him. The Doctor forces Amy in the Tardis because the crack is getting bigger and eating Rory, so he encourages her to remember, but she forgets Rory. She doesn't have her ring because Rory was worried she lose it during an adventure, so it's now in the Doctor's vest.

Vincent and the Doctor: An episode with Vincent Van Gogh. A big favourite. I can't find the best scene of the episode, the Doctor taking Vincent to the future, to see his paintings exposed. Plot wise, Amy cries without realising it, and seems sad without knowing why.

The Lodger: the funny episode. We see a spaceship we may or may not see again later. We don't know yet if they simply reused the set.

The Pandorica Opens: Liz 10, Vincent, and River (who escaped prison) work together through the time to warn the Doctor about the explosion of the Tardis. It's linked to the Pandorica, a big box hidden under Stonehenge, surrounded by Romans soldiers. It said to contain the biggest monster of the universe, and it's opening.

It's also guarded by a cyberman who attack Amy and the Doctor. Luckily, River managed to get the help of the Romans and the Centurion kill the cyberman. The Centurion is Rory, who remember being killed and then waking up in Rome, with all the memory of the soldier.

Amy is happy and doesn't know why, but eventually, she remember him. Problem, Rory is a creature like the mannequins in Rose, with the memories of the real Rory. All the soldiers are. While Rory fight to keep the control when the Nesteen thing retake control, the soldiers arrest the Doctor. River tries to get the Tardis but is locked inside. Someone else is controlling it.

The Pandorica is empty, because it was made for the Doctor. Every race in the universe created an alliance to lock the Doctor, finding that his Tardis will destroy the universe. They don't listen when he insist someone else is controlling it.

Rory accidentally kill Amy while he managed to keep his memories. The Doctor is locked.
The Tardis explode. The universe is destroyed. The silent fall.

The Big Bang: Every thing is fixed with a lot of Timey Wimey Woobly thing too difficult too explain. River admit she killed a great man. Rory (who is now human but remember his time as plastic soldier) and Amy get married and leave with the Doctor.

But they don't know who took the control of the Tardis to destroy everything, and the threat of the Silent is still there.

Also, one of the timey thing involve Rory guarding the Pandorica for 2000 years. And River made a Dalek beg. Its theory was that River wouldn't dare kill him because the Doctor's companions show compassion. She said she was River Song and it better check its files. So it begs for its life, and she made it repeat it thrice before shooting it.

So in short: Amy and Rory, married. Team Tardis of 3. The Silent is a big, unknown threat able to steal the Tardis. River is in prison for murder and flirting as hell with the Doctor without confirming or not if they're married. She's kickass. And possibly dangerous. Her personality goes way better with 11 than 10.

11 likes bowties, because they're cool. It's one of his catchphrases. In The Big Bang, he's wearing a fez just because and said "I'm wearing a fez now. Fezzes are cool."

Thank you so much for this! That is all super helpful- I feel like I can watch the episodes I've been planning to see and won't feel totally lost now! And maybe I shall go back and watch the previous season episodes at some point.

Really appreciate this. Thanks so much! ♥
