Hi! This is a ridiculously long post about my last two days and The All-American Rejects show that we went to last night. With pics! And hopefully a vid, if it works! And lots of ramble!

Kate, he was so close. SO CLOSE. I think I lost all coherent thought when he came out on stage.

I wish you could have been there with us! I should've thought to get your number to concert call or something!

They need to announce dates in the US. Like NOW. Dude, that would have cost you like a billion dollars. Just seeing his little face is enough, though.

If I saved some of these pics and eventually made an icon or two, would that be ok? I'd credit you for the photo.

Rumour has it that they're touring the US in April and May! I hope you get to see them!

And yes, you can totally use the pics for icons. And you don't need to credit for the photo- I'm a believer in the 'once I put them on the internet, it's free game for all' so no worries on that front.

Last night afterwards I was really tired and it was all a bit recent to fully take it in. Reading your recap has made me very happy.

I meant to say thanks to you and Beck for doing all the hard work of the queueing and letting me arrive at the last minute but still get barrier. It was brilliant to see it all up so close.

I don't even have any AAR icons (fail). Also I ate bourbon biscuits for 46 miles on the way back home!!

Hey, you don't have to say thanks for the queueing! It was fun, apart from the wee panic as 7pm approached which was totally not your fault! That was all me.

I kinda wish we were in London watching them again, right now.

Also I need to reply to your email- I got caught up writing an essay so didn't get a chance to reply. But the basic gist of the reply will be two enthusiastic jon walker thumbs up at the gig.

Beck totally made a bunch of awesome AAR icons awhile back that you could steal!

Also, yay for bourbon biscuits!

I'll go and snoop around at Beck's place on an icon hunt. I really need more Cab icons too. And actually more icons in general.

I'm so stoked about the gig (BTW they have been ribbing me at work for using the expression stoked, what is wrong with it??) so I am really pleased that you are up for it. I will try and work out mediafire so I can send you their album.

And don't ever worry about replying to e mails straight away, these things can take time :)

Haha, bourbon biscuits, the least likely biscuit to be vegan friendly but they so are \o/
