My first Physical Therapy appointment is tomorrow morning. I'm nervous about it really. Not only is it somewhat (extremely) awkward, I'm also really worried about it hurting. I've got my favorite loose light weight sweat pants ready to wear, along with really comfy granny undies, and a nice oversized t-shirt. I figure if there's a chance of being uncomfortable afterwards I would do my best to make myself as comfy as possible. I have no plans for the rest of the day too. I even bought pizza rolls to take over to our get together tomorrow night. I usually cook something, but I didn't think I'd much feel like it.
I hope it works. I hope it gets the results that Dr. Vereb thinks it will. I'll gladly go as many times a week as they need me to. And if insurance doesn't cover all of it we'll gladly build up some debt with them and pay it off little by little. I want a normal life again.
