So it has been quite some time huh? Well a lot has happened. I broke up with Lance. We never got to talk to each other and it was just going no where. So lately Glenn and I have been doing a lot of hanging out and talking and getting really close but still not dating or anything. Even though everyone thinks we are. *smiles* I still miss Amanda a lot and I think I am going to go see her sometime this week. Kyle is pissed at me and I really don't care. I can actually say my life is going pretty good right now. I work on the weekends and it sucks realizing what social life I am missing out on but I get paid so I'm okay with it. Plus, the people I work with are great so it's basically the same as hanging out with friends. I went to two concerts recently: The Tragically Hip and Jethro Tull. Both were great concerts.
I can not believe Bush got re-elected. The only good thing about it is - in 4 years Bush can never run again. My mom wrote a letter to the editor of Toledo's newspaper "The Blade" and got it published - check it out.
THIS 'MORAL MAJORITY' BREAKS MY HEART
I wept as I watched John Kerry's heartfelt and elegant concession speech. A decent, gracious, principled man has been denied the opportunity to provide some real help for our country and the world. It sickens me to see a gullible, small-minded "moral" majority so eager to be led by the nose by a president who uses religious rhetoric and insistent lies and half-truths to gain support for his agenda.
Incredibly, this self-proclaimed moral majority does not seem to think that war, greed, corporate tyranny, intolerance and deception are immoral.
I, personally, find these things to be profoundly immoral, and it breaks my heart that here in America they are now the rule of the day.

I like to think of my mom as a genius. She has such a way with words. Well later days losers.
