I cannot stop thinking about: the lipid hypothesis, saturated fat, autoimmune thyroid dysfuntion, subclinical adrenal fatigue, gut dysbiosis, maximum nutrient absorption, fat soluble vitamins, yeast, autism, phytic acid and traditional preparation methods for grains, pineal glands versus computer screens, cod liver oil, butter, iron, celiac disease, bacteria bacteria bacteria, industrial milk, oxidized cholesterol, egg yolks, lunaception, basal body temperatures, iodine, pesticides, lamb liver, ghee, hypoglycemia, lacto-fermented everything, the origin of carbonation, satiety, duck fat, pellagra, halogens, chlorine, bromine, fluoride, water filters, real salt, obesity as a symptom of starvation, female fat distribution for intelligent babies, oysters, zinc, selenium and other trace minerals, gamma linoleic acid, kombucha, conjugated linoleic acid, egyptians and scoliosis, aspartame, monosodium glutamate, bone broths, rancid vegetable oils, stability of cooking fats, bone marrow, vinegar, salmon roe, phthalates, coconut oil, cortsol, distillery dairies, corn flakes, soy... pick any two of those things and I can tell you how they are related.
