Moving, movies, writing and wonderfulness
So, I am all moved into Calgary. Staying with two wonderful friends (hereby known and D&D, and their little daughter K) K is about 1 and a half and is the most precious thing ever. I went to bible school with the wife and it just so happened that the roommate they had before me decided to move out at the end of the month.. which was perfect for me to move in at the beginning of the month.
My sister came down from Lac La Biche to help and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. It is true she is a pain in the ass, but she is my pain in the ass..
After we dropped everything off and went to walmart, and then came back and had dinner, sister and I went to go see Eclipse. And yes I know what you are all thinking.. And it is true.. I love Edward. He is just so... devoted. I think I would melt if anybody ever looked at me the way that he looks at Bella... and yes I am well aware that it is a fictional story.. but seriously folks. Love translates in every language. Over all I give it a 8.5 because the CGI wolf fights were kick ass..
In other news, Write til you Die in July is on.. In which a group of awesome friends got together and decided that writing was a good thing and that we should all do it more often. I blame unavoidedcrisis for dragging me in.. but I also thank her as well. I am using it to finish up my fics for Kink Bingo and for Vampire Big Bang. Should be awesome times, awesome insane times but still.
I wrote 1100 today. Which is 400 short of the 1500 a day goal. But I blame moving.. So I will make it up tomorrow hopefully...
On the plus side I get to sleep in my bed again tomorrow night because Sister heads home. Whoot.. lol
