You've got the H/Cam bug again and it makes me very happy. This is exquisite, as usual for you, R. I love Cameron in the lab, so intent on what she's looking at through the microscope, with her glasses and her lab coat, and House's arms around her.

I am so glad you are writing H/Cam fics again. I hope this doesn't end up being a stand alone but does blossom into a series.

This made me smile, because it is so true:

Thank you. I hope it's not a one-off, too. I started writing this in first person, to try it, but switched it to 3rd person limited.

I stole one of your icons by entity22 yesterday. I confess. I haven't uploaded it, but I did steal it. So breathtaking.

I don't mind that you took an icon; neither will Ada. She makes some beautiful icons.

I have toyed with the idea of writng first person but haven't worked up the courage to try it yet.

Oh, good. Thank you. I haven't loaded it yet, but it's just so lovely. First person is a tall order in FF -- unless it's FF from a book. I keep saying that I'm going to write fic from the Catherine Marshall book, Christy, for example.

This is a bitter bite inside House's head, and so real. He doesn't want this but he also does, and he recognizes that being him isn't easy.

And I'm mean enough to smirk at the fun bags remark.

And then this:

He likes her like this, quiet, studious, focused on something more than him.

I love the depth it strikes within me.
