Using chopsticks with my left-hand is hard since I'm accustomed to using my right hand. Hmm...I MUST get back into my daily routine! MUST MUST MUST. Daily routine: 300 push-ups, 300 sit-ups, 150 half sit-ups. I might also add back my 20x run up and down the stairs. Plus put Tri's weights to some good use again.
People sacrifice their HEALTH for WEALTH when they are young, but guess what? Elderly people, sacrifice their WEALTH to REGAIN BACK their HEALTH!
Heart Disease, Stroke, Cancer, and Diabetes are all degenerative diseases, and are also the LEADING causes of death in the United States. Degenerative Diseases ARE PREVENTABLE! Most people are NOT on a healthy diet. Degenerative diseases are caused by YEARS (10-20 years or so)of constant abuse to your body like eating unhealthy. So when should we start being healthy? Right now! Just think about it!
