Looks like there's a lot going on now to keep me busy and I've been glad for it. I always imagined I'd be put to the test with a lot of things in being a cadet, but it seems like things exceed my expectations even beyond that and even without Kazena-sama still holding the reins. Though I definitely still wish he was even with that being the case. These sempaitachi of ours are okay, but they're just nowhere near being the same or as awesome and impressive as he always is. Not that I mind it at all! I like being kept busy and having work to do~! I feel odd unless I'm doing my best to work hard at something important. I just hope I can continue to do a good job in everything sent my way.
But the season is shaping up to sound like a good one, as well as a fun one~! Me and Kazena-sama were blessed with having Aiko-sama coming to visit~! Ah...I've really missed her! She's always felt kind of like a second mother to me in a way, and her smile always ends up making me feel at ease no matter how my day has been. She's a real lady among ladies like that. Kazena-sama makes a fuss over her, though, and he's right to do so because she is a delicate woman and should take extra care at times, though she really doesn't enough. But I think despite it, her smile was a blessing for him also and he's glad for it, as I think he definitely needed to see it a whole lot more than I. ...Even if he has trouble admitting it sometimes.
That aside, it looks like we're also invited to the infamous Oshitari Autumn Ball as well~! Thank you, Oshitari-kun, for inviting me as well! Even though I don't feel like I should belong at something this infamous. I think we'll definitely be looking forward to being there and talking to everyone~! I'll do my best to come and find you once we get there. Ah, though I'm not really too accustomed to masquerade parties. I hope I don't end up mistaking anyone for other people.
Oh! Oh! But something else extra important happened just the other day also~! I found an old friend from my hometown who had moved here a while back~! I've really missed him a lot since he's been gone, so it makes me so happy to know he's here and that he's okay. Ah! But Sae, we still need to get together when you get a chance~! We've got so much to catch up on and I wanna know about what all you've been up to since coming here~! And maybe you can help tell me how I'm supposed to talk to all these city people too. I feel so weird here with most of them.
