(no subject)
So it is 8:40 in the morning, and I've been up since 6. Procrastination is a terrible thing, but it always produces my best work. My astronomy paper is due this afternoon, and I was supposed to have emailed my completed portion to Lauren by Friday evening. I didn't. Yesterday at work she was panicked because apparently she doesn't work well under pressure. She emailed her completed part to me over night, and I finished it this morning. 7 and a half pages on Egyptian and Mayan Astronomy. And very little of it is crap. I'm impressed.
So, after having a shitty start Friday, my day turned out not so bad. When my dad got home from work he set about ordering me a cell phone, which will cost me $60. No so bad. And he and I set up an account with USAA. So now I have my own credit card, and checking account. I'm so excited. It is just one more step to me moving out.
I ended up going to the football game, but it was like CHHS band alumni night at North Gwinnett. Taylor Houchens was there, along with Jeff Barnhill, and Brittany Lee. It was also N.G. eighth grade night so Mr. McRae was there. It is too bad he isn't involved with the drumline anymore.
I went over to Jason's house after the game and we finished X-Men Legends. Woot. Then I got Justin and Jason to take all kinds of online quizzes, because we were bored. But I really wanted them to take the Nerd, Dork, or Geek quiz from okcupid. Turns out Negron is Pure Geek, which I expected. And Justin is Joe Normal, also expected. I'm supposed to hang out with Justin on Thursday. It should be interesting.
Michelle is seriously considering leaving the theater. Rana disrespected her in front of customers and employees yesterday, and it really bothered her. Poor thing, it reduced her to tears when she told me.
Well. I need breakfast and a shower.
