Already off my schedule. REGROUPING! Starting this week I began a program called BBG. It is a workout and dietary program. It schedules workouts for me and I am trying to eat as little as possible. I like the app because it holds me accountable for my exercise, which is where I fall short.
My goal is to be out of the 170s by Sunday. Yesterday I weighed 173.8.
I need to post in here everyday or I will lose track of my goals.
Today I've had a banana after my run and that's it. It's 2:00pm so I plan on having a snack and then a small snack for dinner.
I HAVE TO STICK TO THIS! I hate myself.
