Hey i actually saw a lost:):)
Yesterday, I ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast then i had to go to work 10-3 & my manager asked me to stay till 7 so i was like YES for sure only because i knew i didn't have any money to buy me food. When i got home my parents had dinner (pasta & shrimp) on the stove... & i put a little on my plate and ate 1 bite very slowly then shoved it down the drain. I then ate a little bit of chips & salsa & another bowl of cereal.... minor binge:( I was proud i went from 10am-730pm without eating. I lost 2 pounds that day!!
I weighed myself this morning & i was 142.5. I was happy!
TODAY- i have ate a bowl of cereal today & thats it. Its 4:45pm. I just got back from working out & i weighed myself & i'm 140.5:)
I hope the second i drink a glass of water that i don't gain the weight back.
I'd do anything to be under 140 & stay there. It seems impossible:(
