I just got home from school, its 1pm & i ate my Clif Bar & coffee. Nothing else for the rest day like normal!
I'm in kind of a down mood right now, its raining out & i started off my morning bad. Does anyone think i should start cutting out my Clif Bar? its 240 calories but they fill me up & make me not want to binge the rest the day...:( makes me sad though that i eat 240 calories in a little bar. I feel crazy right now i just feel so fat... i WILL BE 110 by September thats my ultimate goal!
I work 2-7 today & then i'm going to go running after again like yesterday! 5 miles!!
