 Im starving. Its so hard right now to not go down stairs & eat. I bought even healthy food but i cant eat it right now. Its 10pm & whenever i eat late at night i gain twice as much weight then i would have earlier...

I went to the gym & ran 4 miles, did some abs & pushups.

& now i'm sooo tired its outrageous. I weighed myself & i'm 145.5.... i better be 144 in the morning cause if im not it means i gained:( ugh. i want to be out of the 40's sooo bad. I hate my weight.

I'm proud to say though that i've had 230 calories for breakfast this morning & nothing else. Burnt off 500 calories running at the gym so that makes me feel good

I just know if i go into the kitchen i will binge cause i'm starving & then i'll be depressed. Its a awful cycle. How do you resist binging?.
