 I just got home form running 5 miles:)

happy to say i'm at 144 pounds. i was supposed to be 143 by friday but its nice to see i lost 2 pounds yesterday & i even ate dinner w. my family.

Today i'm allowing 200 calories cause my dad is making a huge dinner & he'll know something is up if i don't eat a little so i'm going to eat a bite of each thing.

So i keep getting charlie horses from being so dehydtated i really need to drink more water!

i'm looking to be 140 by friday. Realistic goal i feel. 4 pounds in 5 days.
