 At 146 today. i just started my period so i'm hoping by the end of my period that i'll be 140 again.

My goal is by valentines day to be in the 130's

All i've ate today is coffee at 7am. & its already 5:20pm.
I am going to go work out sooon hopefully if i get my butt out of bed i'm dead today. If i feel like i need to break my fast tonight i'll snack on carrots. idk why i love carrots so much.  but i will prob break my fast if i nibble on carrots. its always if i eat one thing, its like cravings attack!

2 DAYS OF A FAST. seriously after i break the 2 day mark i'm fine its just the second day of the fast sucks so bad because i feel weak & tired. but I CAN DO THIS.
