motivation

i am posting again because im thinking soo much! but i need to eat little by little so that i loose my appetite... i need to remember if i binge then it stretches out my stomach so there for i will be more hungry after i purge & overall not loose any weight & prob gain some...

so...

little by little stop eating completely. not just 3 times a week!
start eating oatmeal because i heard it is really good for you... drink something in the morning to start my metabolism which i no longer have...

my goal is on october 1st!  to be 115 pounds. totally realistic!!! im 138.5 right now so thats only 23.5 pounds in a month!

Its a new month so time for a new plan of work out. running everynight & i need to eat ALLL HEALTHY FOODS when i do decide i am about to pass out like fruits & vegggys.

im serious about this too. THIS IS DIET MONTH!!!

reasons to diet!!!!
1) Homecoming on the 9th!!
2) My 18th birthday on the 28th!
3) Fit in my cheerleading uniform better!!:)
4) To actually feel better about myself.
5) BECAUSE IM A FATASS

im the biggest cheerleader on the squad... :( ugh.
