Is there some sort of psychological reward that a guy will get from honking at a girl walking down the street? I would think that if there were some sort of positive reward to it, then men would continue to do it. But, I'm not sure if there's too many girls who would give that kind of positive reward. So why do men keep doing it? For the hope that one girl would flash them? Or jump into the car with them? I guess I'll just never understand.
