Went to a party at Madagascar in Brooklyn for my celebratin'. It's a metal arts collective in Caroll Gardens, not too far away from my 'hood. I was waaaay overdressed, let me tell ya. I was thinkin' 'it's New Years, be fancy!' Bad idea. We were partying in a metal shop, for gawd sakes. So I had to go home and change out of my new (sexy) dress

Nothing worse than feeling out of place and overdressed. Glad you got to change into something comfy. And PM gets a pat on the back for recognizing the need to introduce you...some guys are just clueless.

I'm getting Italian tonight too...but the midwestern chain restaurant kind, not homecooked. Wah.
