I was immediately excited about possible, future dates when he mentioned that he's been learning Tango but lacks a regular dance partner. He also gave me a breakdown of the history of Tango, which was nerdy and charming. I did the same a little later about the Greek and Roman collection at the Met, to which he said I was impressive, if not intimidating. "Oh no, I'm a squirrel-monkey!" I demurred, explaining my eclectic, searching brain. He laughed one of those laughs I want to hear again and again, then kissed me.
Next week we go to the ballet. *happy dance*
