After work last night I shambled up to Central Park to see Bettye LaVette sing her heart out. If you don't know Bettye (and hey, neither did I until last night), check her out singing and dancing in this video 63, ya'll. She recently sang the gorgeous ballad "Change Is Gonna Come" for our President. Can you imagine?
