Oh.
Ohhhh.
Oh my god.
I'm sure if felt it before, but I've never thought much about it because I don't name them.
"A breaking heart" is one of those hated cliches, but that is what it would physically feel like, right?
Most definately.
How horrible.

we all fall down, and a third

I read your entries, most of the time I have no idea what you're talking about. It's interesting. But this just made me think of a Defiance, Ohio song. Hearts aren't made of glass. They're made of muscle, blood and something else. And they don't so much as break, as bend and tear.

I guess...bending makes sense. There really wasn't a crack, I could just feel one half try to rip itself from the other.

Like what the person above me said, I don't quite understand what your entries mean all the time, but this entry is about something I'm going through right now. I wouldn't actually say it felt like my heart broke. It felt more like it was being compressed, like there was so much pain all twisted up where my heart should be. Sometimes the pain goes away, and then, suddenly, something will set it off again, a kind of dull intense pain right in the middle of your chest.

It's...the worst feeling in the world.

and then you can't breath, and you're shaking, and then next thing you know you're curled up on the floor...
