Wow. Those sets and costumes were amazing. Everything was just so beautifully detailed.
The story itself started off well, but in the middle things kinda got out of hand as the plot went every which way. At that point it kinda got frustrating and had me yelling, "For Chirissakes, could everyone just pick a side and stay on it?" I'd have to say the fight scenes were very creative, though. There were some of those corny, "Ha, I can fly though the air, but I'm gonna let this chick slit my throat anyway," moments, but you just get so caught up in the artistry that you let it slide.
Overall, I think it wasn't all that bad, the insane plot twists being the only set back. (The designs cancelled it out a bit.)
