(no subject)
SO i called Ursinus two days ago b/c my application is a month late. They say my application is complete and i should hear an answer within 2 weeks (remind me to read you my rant on that). i get home today, look through my mail, and find a letter from this asshole of a college. It says:
"Dear (my name here),
I have recieved your Priority Select application to Ursinus College. Thank you for your interest in the college.
Our records indicate that your application file is complete.
Finally, please know that the Ursinus Admissions Office carefully reviews each application on its own merit, attempting to identify the best in each applicant. There is no simple evaluative formula.
I will be glad to answer any questions you may have about the college. I look forward to reading your application.

FUCK YOU URSINUS COLLEGE! I WAS HAVING A GREAT DAY! I DID WELL IN AP LIT AND AP CALC TODAY, FANTASTIC, ACTUALLY, NOT JUST WELL! AND YOU FUCKING RUINED THE BEST DAY I HAVE HAD IN A WHILE WITH A LETTER THAT DID NOT CONTAIN THE CONTENT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE!
SOMEONE CALM ME DOWN NOW, PLEASE, OR I MAY ACCIDENTALLY DO SOMETHING REALLY STUPID!
