Year 2006

So this is probably silly and/or stupid… but I thought I’d sit down and write out the major events, thoughts and changes that happened to me in 2006. It’s been quite the year.

I’ve been dealing with a flareup for about 3 months now.

May I ask, what kind of flare-up?
If it's RA I might be able to suggest something that will help.

So sorry for the late reply. I never got a notification email of your comment! :(

I have flare-ups of ulcerative colitis. I've got it pretty much under control as long as I try to deal with my stress in healthy ways and not eat certain foods. :)
RA meaning Rheumatoid arthritis? I don't have that... although I do have some arthritis in my knees, probably from when I took steroids when I was finally diagnosed with UC. And the inflammation might have something to do with it.
