When we last left in the exciting life of Julyn, she had a car accident, 26 was coming way to fast for her, and Disney World was right around the corner. So lets see where shall I start. I've recovered from the car accident, (which was NOT my fault by the way!) with no major injuries, just banged knee, and really bad whiplash, and just sore from head to toe. The weekend before my birthday was very unexciting, we got cake, shared it with my brother, and I got a card or two and one small gift. The day of my actual birthday my co-worker said she'd take me out to lunch, but she had "forgotten" her wallet, so I had to pay for my own birthday meal. Later that night it was actually nice, because some of my awesome friends (Patty, Luke, RIck, Hope) all took me out to dinner, sang happy birthday, and gave me some good gifts. Friday is the day we left for Disney. Ryan survived his very first plane ride to live to tell the tale.... checked in, got the car, went exploring, went food shopping, went and just hung out at the condo that night. Our first day of doing things was Russell's birthday which started with birthday breakfast with the characters. and then off to Epcot. What a amazing day we had there. The following day was Magic Kingdom, and it was absolutely insane how amazing that place was. The castle lighting, and then the fireworks display. Could not have asked for a better day. Our next stop was Animal Kingdom, which turned out to be an overcast day, in which i got drenched, and we had a wonderful lunch at the Rainforest Cafe thanks to my Job. The next two days were Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. We had a great time, had beautiful blue sky weather with a nice warm sun. We finished off the week with Disney's Hollywood Studios, which was just as awesome as the Magic Kingdom (but I have to say that MK was my fav!) Everyone got along, there weren't any major catastrophe's, and we go home just in time for the Christmas Madness to start. About a week after we got home, Katie her hubby, and the kids came in. It was so nice to see them. I miss seeing them so much. They were here for Christmas this year, that's all that matters. We haven't had a family Christmas all together since 04, so it was nice. Time flies by so quickly it was sad to see them leave. As for me I was sick over the holidays, it came down to just sheer exhasution. My body finally went on strike, and it was all I could do to eat and go to the bathroom. So that's my life lately in a nutshell, exciting right? I told you...
