what is this world coming to?
my mom walked in the room a few mintues ago crying...
mom:lauren i have to tell you something...
Me: mom what is it"
mom:this morning your coaches nephew was shot to death by the cops.
..this boy was 16, he had bipolar disorder.
he had approached the cops with a lousy fricken steak knife,
so instead of giving him a little knick in the leg they shot his body to death.(claming it was self-defense)
Mom: do you want to hear the scary part lauren, your sister is bipolar, and ya know it makes me think and at the same time scares the crap out of me.. whats wrong with people they jsut dont understand. And i hope it gets you thinking how important it is to take care of your sister and be there for her. the 16 year old skipped a day of medication.
