Age: Physically 17; around 300 mentally.
Height: 170 CM.
Weight: He's probably a little underweight, actually. Unhealthy Blue is unhealthy.
Medical Info: Possesses the "Mu" gene, and has a very sickly body due to years of overuse, extending his abilities constantly to keep someone's memories repressed, and he gets tired easily. However, due to Spoilers, he'll probably be doing a little better in camp.
Eyes: Red.
Hair: White.
Physical traits: He walks with a slouch in a way because of the weakness to his body, but he does his best to straighten up when he can. He tends to get tired easily, so he'll probably be found on the ground sitting up talking to someone a lot of times, or he'll be holding himself up. Again, Spoilers won't make this as bad of a problem, but I can't imagine he'll be 100%.
Unlike what the icons indicate, he doesn't have the headphones.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything.
Abilities (shamelessly revamped from Jomy's): Blue is a "Code Blue"-the first of his type, and one of the nine most powerful Mu ever. Even when Blue is very weak, he can block a Death Star-esque laser for a little bit; all of them can block one until it's done firing. Blue, like Jomy, can fuck your shit up pretty good. Instant death is definitely up there.
- Telepathy: mind reading (general ideas passively, full-on thought-reading with physical contact or some conscious effort), projecting thoughts and illusions (can make an entire space station start reliving childhood memories, project the feeling/illusion of drowning, project himself). Shielding against Blue is possible, but he seems to have much better control than Jomy does, making it likely that it would be far more difficult to actually block him out. 300 years of living has probably helped.
- Telekinesis: rocks? Fighter jets? You make it, Code Blues can throw it around.
- Teleportation: seems to have a set range, though.
- Psionic blasts or psychic lasers: sheer energy ripping things apart! Tony can wipe out whole fleets with his mind when he’s pissed. Jomy blows up ships he’s ON when he’s shocked enough.
- Psionic shields: unbreakable by bullets and whatnot! Unless Jomy isn’t paying attention in which case, yeah. Maiming imminent.
- Can fly faster than a missile. I guess he can also move really fast, too - Matsuka, who seems to be an average-to-high-class Mu, can jump in front of a guy, grab three moving bullets, and jump back into place before anyone notices.
- Breathing in space.
- Elemental control: IIRC, Jomy’s never seen doing this, but Blue and Team Nazca do. He walks through a firestorm in the movie, though.
- Projections of himself in “spirit form”: these projections are affected by psychic attacks. The spirit form is unaffected by, say, rocks flying through it, but can also choose to interact with the physical environment (ie Blue picking up Jomy and flying around Terras No. 5) and toss out psychic attacks.
- Entering dreams: He can control Jomy's dreams, but Jomy can force him out if he's feeling particularly stressed. But Blue does this with more ease than Jomy.
- Just. Ramming into things: I'm just assuming Blue can do this, too.
- Broadcasting audio-visual signals…? I DON'T KNOW IF BLUE CAN DO THIS, but I'd assume yes.
- Can energy-leech or borrow power from other (willing) psychics.
- Give someone powers like the Mu factor...? This is a little sketchy, but yeah.
Like Jomy, Blue is a hilarious godmode--perhaps even more so because Blue has a lot more control than Jomy ever did. He doesn't get caught up in his emotions and he can focus. For years on end, he helps repress someone's memories and possibly gives them psychic abilities, but this isn't clarified in the canon. This likely tires him out, but he's still able to kick a lot of ass.
Notes for the Psychics: Blue is a very powerful psychic, much like Jomy happens to be! However, unlike Jomy, he has a lot of control over his abilities. He can block people out and it's hard to tell what's going on with him. He can probably enter your mind a lot more easily, too. He doesn't resonate with power like Jomy happens to, but he can tell if someone is a Mu--much like the others are able to do so. He can tell if someone is a psychic and so forth.
However, it's probably unlikely that Blue is purposefully entering someone's mind. However, touching and other things basically give him free access without meaning to, as is shown among several of the Mus in canon. His feelings or whatever won't be reflected over camp, and he doesn't really have overzealous displays of emotion through his psychic abilities.

Maim/Murder/Death: Talk to me.
Cooking: He probably can't, but I don't know. He's probably picked up some things through hearing the minds of others so easily.
