Life happens.
I was having a perfectly fine day with my mom. We went to the Canes game. They lost but it was still fun. We went and had wings. They were very tasty. Then we went to the Fox and Hounds for one drink. We were almost finished when a guy ran in and yelled, "There's been an accident!" and smoke was pouring in behind him. I went out just to see if everyone was ok when I realized that

which smooshed my car.
Notice the yellow lines in the second picture. My car started out parked between those lines. My car ended up in the middle of a Range Rover-Jaguar sandwich. Boo!
I don't want sympathy. I just want recognition that life really seems to enjoy throwing me curveballs.
