I'm beginning to become accustomed to this new time; I rather like the computer, and the microwave is incredibly useful. I have been trying to find as much information as possible on the light in the sky, using the computer, however it seems very few facts are known. No, it was not. I used to walk around the Palace all the time by myself, remember even though guards followed me at ten meters distance? Really now, I can take care of myself.

This isn't the palace, Pharaoh. Count the apartment as the palace; you can wander around it all you like, but anywhere outside of it is dangerous. They would have been closer if Simon, Mahaado, and I had our way. I have no doubt you can take care of yourself, but don't take unncessary risks.

But it is so smaa~all here, I am not used to such small quarters. Honestly, this does not even fit my bedroom in the Palace. It could not be completely dangerous outside of it, could it? Even though I really do not like those 'cars', they go way too fast. 10 meters is close enough. I can always count on the Gods to help me, Set.

You'll simply have to get used to it. And from what I have been hearing and reading, it can be. Are cars those large things on wheels that travel down the streets? They are very fast, if so, and rather loud as well. Whatever, Pharaoh. Yes, but it would be better to entirely avoid situations in which you might need their help.

Very well, I will stay here. It is not fair to Shizuka to wander off again. Yes, cars are those large things on wheels, and they will stop only for those large poles with green, yellow and red lights on them. They travel very fast indeed, and if you get hit by them, you die. We have to discuss formal addressing and behavior, Set. You will not 'whatever' your Pharaoh. Agreed. The Gods do not like to be called out for a whimsical thing.

Very well.. it really wasnot my intention to make everyone feel worried. I didnot realize so many people would feel worried. *shakes his head* No, that is okay. I have to try to get along with him, and I shouldnot allow myself to be swayed by first impressions. *sulks*

*sputters* I never have the intention to worry people on purpose.. and that you, Mana and Shizuka were worried, I understand.. I do not know why half the town helped searching. *frowns* What is that supposed to mean? I get along with almost everyone! *puts up his usual I-am-Pharaoh-face*

Though what I meant was that I can't imagine you getting along with someone who has a similar personality to yours, at least not without some issues. You don't have to do that here, you know. Neither Mana nor I will tell the court if you don't.

*flattered* That must be it. I have been speaking to quite some people, and I must say, everyone is in general quite nice. *nods in agreement* Yes, you are right about that. It is like a mirror being held in front of you, emphasizing all your little quirks and habits, enlarging the bad traits, so to speak.. I will try my best to get along with him, though. True... *relaxes* truth is, hopefully there is a court to tell it when we return.. if we return.

Well, that is good; everyone should be nice to you, Pharaoh in this time or not. *Frowns slightly* I haven't spoken to my double much yet; he was present when we met to search for you, but he didn't say much to me so I didn't get much of a gauge of his personality. *Smirks* Bad traits are usually the most noticable, and no doubt it would be rather unpleasant to know that those traits are the same as yours. Trying is the best you can do; hopefully he will do the same thing. *Frowns* Don't think like that. We will find our way back, and everything will be as we left it.

*still flattered* Well, with the exception of the Bakura look-alike and your double, it is really a pleasure to meet everyone and talk to them. I have not heard much about this 'Kaiba' but that people treat him with silent respect and quite the distance. *makes a face* Strange thing is, that you think you know yourself so well, and in principle you should be able to get along best with yourself.. but actually, it is quite difficult. *sighs* I do not like the idea that Khemet is left without you and me.. I trust Mahaado and Shimon, but still...

*Nods slightly* That is good to hear. I need to meet more of the people who are involved in all of this; so far, the contact with any of them aside from Shizuka and Pegasus has been limited. Hm, it seems Kaiba has made himself well known. *Nods again* In theory, that would work, yes... You would know what would be liked and disliked by yourself... It is possible that your personalities are offset from each other just slightly enough to cause miscommunication with eeach other? *Frowns slightly* Yes... They will be going their best to keep everything together, however, and I think they could manage as long as we're not away for a long time.
