It's ranting time
This is a work related rant. It's under a cut because I know people don't like to read rants all the time. All I'm doing is ranting so if you don't want to read, pass by this post.
So far work hasn't pissed me off too much but seriously now I'm fucking pissed off. My birthday is coming up on the 18th and after giving me dick all for hours coming up the give me a shift on my birthday. Fuck that bullshit. I asked someone if he could take my shift and he said yes. Guess what? Now he can't. NOW I have to find someone amongst my fucking useless ass co-workers that do jack shit at work and try to get out of every shift they possibly can just because they don't FEEEEL like working. Well y'know what? I fucking work my ASS off and I still get shit all. I deserve to have my fucking birthday off. My 20th fucking birthday. I want it off. I will have it off.
And if I can't get someone to take it? Oh too bad Amanda looks like you're gonna have to work it. Shoulda booked it off.
WELL I would have but on the day I came in to book it off they had already had the schedule up for three fucking days. I would have been in two weeks in advance to book it off. How the hell do you book off a day two weeks in advance if they have the schedule up three days before that? And yeah I would have checked earlier but I wasn't booked for like stupid amounts of time in a row thus I was busy with other things. I had it set so that I would be able to get in and book the time off with a fair amount of time. I'm sorry I shouldn't have to book off ONE day of the month a full month in advance.
So all that said, if someone doesn't take my shift I'm gonna be fucking pissed off. If I have to work on my birthday they better fucking hope it's a quiet night or I might just tell a few customers what I think of them. I don't feel like closing BY MY FUCKING SELF on my birthday. Thanks anyway.
