Unplanned mini-hiatus

Just a very quick entry to say I won't be around for the next few days. I pulled my back out yesterday, so badly that I literally ended up stuck in bed, unable to move. Hubby had to get the emergency doctor to come to our house at 4:35am this morning to give me a pain relief injection.
I'm now enjoying a cocktail of diazepam, zydol, ibruprofen and codine.
Managed to get up and downstairs a few hours ago (using my dad's walking stick - ooooh the shame) which felt amazing considering I couldn't even sit up in bed yesterday but I shouldn't be using the laptop right now. So there goes my plans for finishing a couple of fics I had wanted to post in time for Christmas...still, I guess resting now means I won't spend Christmas Day in bed in agony.
