I guess my people didn't talk to your people.

So last post I said "I'm getting sent to Emory tomorrow to go to a BSL3 Science and Safety course... so that I can train in the two summer courses that are being taught here at UGA. "

So I went to the training. It was a ton of work and about as much fun, so I'm pretty psyched about participating in the onsite trainings in June and July(even though the june one is on my birthday week). I was going to ask Dr. King how he wanted me to be helping... and then I got this:

Email:
Amy,

How was the training? I'm interested in getting your feedback on this. I'd
like to start including you in the organizational meetings for our Onsite
training. I'm assuming that you will be involved during our two weeks of
training.

Bobbie, could you please add Amy to the listserv.

Thanks, Chris

WHAT THE INFECTIOUS MATERIALS? What do you mean "assuming"? What the hell does that mean? I thouhgt he has worked all this out with Sean... but uh, apparently No-one knows how I'm helping. Christ... I'm going to be in deep water if they hire me on as TC. But I think anyone would be.

So I'm super annoyed with work. I still have a ton of stuff to do regular-job wise that I have been putting off, because if I can... I will. I heart the procrastination. Augh. And also a ton of not regular job stuff, such as: the poster which isn't a poster, and the SEAALAS meeting.
