Blue went back and forth over whether he was going to meet Kimmi on his birthday. He knew it was a bad idea but he just couldn't say no. Why? He should unpack that but not right now. That's a tomorrow problem.

Kimmi struggled with an outfit. She wanted to to look hot but it would look weird if she left the house looking too hot. Also, her stomach is still gross looking to her. She wanted to accentuate her assets a little without showing her less than fit areas. Her butt is her best feature so she went with skin tight jeans (too tight in the waist but who needs to breathe?). She paired it with a pink jumper, it's cropped but you can't see her flabby stomach. She left her hair down and kept her makeup light. Ceri was in a cute pink dress wit a matching coat and hat (her blanket matches too).

She put Ceri in her pram and walked her down to the park. She spotted Blue looking nervous an adorable. Oh wow, he's hot. "Hey," she said.

Blue jumped and turned around. Her smile was contagious. The nervousness was starting to fade. "Hey," he said. He came over and kissed her cheek. He peeked into the pram, "Ceri looks cute."

"I know! She'd be beautiful in anything though," Kimmi straightened her coat. "Happy Birthday! Ready for your gift?"

Blue nods, "yeah, sure. I guess. You didn't have to get me anything though."

"Oh hush, it's your birthday," Kimmi pulled a gift bag out hands it to him. In the bag he will find a small, fancy box. In the box he will find a clearly used golden snitch. There's also a copy of Slipper When Wet by Bon Jovi. It's also clearly used and a little beat up.

Blue chuckles when he sees the album, "I don't have this one, thanks," he says. He opens the box with the snitch. It's cool? It's just an odd gift. "The snitch is...great. Thank you."

"Do you know what that is? It's the snitch Carassius Griff caught in the Quidditch World cup. Your dad played in that game." She's quite pleased with herself.

Blue lit up, he looked at the snitch more closely. "Really? That's really cool. From the last game?"

Kimmi nodded. Ceri started fussing a little do Kimmi pushed the pram forward and backwards to settle her down. "I was there. It was a great game."

Blue nodded, "it was a great game. I was there too. I fell asleep but I woke up at the end. I saw Griff catch this snitch." He hugs Kimmi, "this is really cool. Thank you, Kimmi."

Kimmi beams, "you're welcome," she hugs him. "I want you to know how much I appreciate you. You're the only one I can talk to." She has Marjorie and Mari but she never feels like she can be 100% honest with either of them. Blue never judges her.

Blue returns the hug, "you don't owe me anything for that. I like being here for you. You're my friend." Is the hug going on a little too long? Maybe. But he doesn't lt go. Kimmi smells really good. It's a different smell than Sofie. Sofie is more floral and this is spiceier. But it's nice. Why is he comparing Sofie and Kimmi. That's grosss. And stupid. Sofie is his girlfriend and Kimmi is his married friend.

Kimmi is the one the pull away but she takes his hand, "Let's walk a little. You can tell me about karaoke."

Blue is very aware of their hands entangled together. "Sure," he said. 'i have to go soon though.i have dinner with my dad's and Kezzie. Aunt Hati and Oz are coming too."

"That sounds nice," Kimmi said. "It seems like you and Oz have gotten closer. That's good. I'm glad you're giving him a chance."

Blue broke the physical contact first. He gently untangled his fingers from hers and put his hands in his pockets. He shrugs, "He's a decent bloke. I guess I realized that maybe he wasn't the bad guy." He's quick to add, "Mum wasn't either. It's just what it is. And maybe their relationship isn't any of my business." He shrugs, "I think I just needed someone to be mad at."
