Thought I would update
My oldest has flew the nest and left us 3 weeks ago, she is studying medicine at a Uni not far from here. Before she went we had a lovely 2 weeks hol in Cyprus and enjoyed it so much we have already booked 2 weeks away next year in Majorca.
Sarah has settled well and after 2 weeks of freedom and plenty of partying (cant think were she gets the partying spirit from) is settling down into a routine.
I have started my 2nd year on a placement at a Children's Centre. I have been given some cases and already have had to make some decisions that scared the life out of me but am enjoying the positive effects of the interventios that I and other workers are doing.
My brother married last Sat in a country hotel and has gone off to the Carribean for his honeymoon today.
We seemed to have done nothing but travel lately and I am looking forward to things settling in a couple of weeks.
