This week has been nothing but fantastic. I can't even begin to explain it. There has been no grand focus or anything of that nature, it's just all the small things that have been making this week wonderful. Although, according to my conversation with Kimma last night, I probably shouldn't post this because people will think I am bragging, which is entirely true, but you know what? Frankly, I don't give a damn :)
I shall start with Monday. I was incredibly stressed out because Juniata lost my desposit and Mrs. Burlingame observed my Physics' class. So, the entire period Mrs. Sohmer didn't call on me because she knew how weird it was for my boyfriend's mother to be sitting in on my class. I am usually the most talkative one in the entire class, and Monday, I did not say one word. I'm glad she noticed I was uncomfortable, Mrs. Sohmer made it a lot easier. I was extremely excited because Everwood was on Monday night, but I was hoping Chris would get home in time to watch it with me. I stayed at yearbook after school, and I came home, and Bri and I decided it was a good idea to take a venture to Hong Kong. We had some good talks and jokes about Mr. McCarter's orange shirt. I came home and tried to take a nap, but the phone kept ringing! However, the final time it rang within a period of twenty minutes, it was my Juniata Soccer Coach! I told him I was going to Juniata (which does not have the best DIII team), and his exact words were,"Woww, that is wonderful! You've made my night! No, that would be a lie. You made my week if not more!" That made me feel really good because he has scouted me, and it's a nice feeling. He told me he would mail me the training schedule soon for may, june, and august, and I could not be more excited! I love soccer :) The only bad part of the night was that Chris did not make it home in time to watch Everwood, but I was so happy that something little like that did not bring me down at all!
On Tuesday, we watched the election of the Pope in Gov. Well, I worked on my thesis statement for English, while Joe kissed Mr. Fox's butt, and Jackie and Turc came up with SNL skits for taunting the public about the Pope. I will give it to them, it was rather hilarious. I stayed at yearbook until 4:30, when I left to go get Kimma and head to Landis. I had my dress fitted, and I like the dress, but I am not in love with it like I should be. However, it is classy, and that was what I was going for. The only problem is that it is incredibly uncomfortable :( Kimma and I went to Applebee's where we talked and talked and talked. The poor waitress had to come back four times before we were ready because we couldn't stop talking! That's what I love about my friendship with her, we have this ability to just talk for hours. I am so excited for late night convos with her about everything and making spaggettios at 5 am with Bri and Griff mylesting Justin, and Farrell saying, "I'm going home, all I want to do is sleep!!" Oh, summer will be grand! Anyway, Kimma and I then went out for ice cream and talked some more. Then I took her home and headed to Chris' to catch up on some Everwood. It was nice, I love just hanging out with him. He's such a sweetheart, I don't know what I'd do without him :)
Today was nice but uneventful. I bombed a review game in Physics' but it was SOOOO enjoyable. In English, I got to wear a Krsipy Kream hat and eat doughnuts, and in Gov we watched a movie, even though 14 people were asleep. I heard about Justin falling alseep in JMac's class, and that was also quite enjoyable. Yearbook after school was great! I had fun and got some work done.
"Jess give me a quote about yearbook!" -Turc
"Yearbook sucks ass, and my I hate my adviser!" -Me
Turc puts the quote on the page, prints it out, and hangs it on the wall. Oh, the wonders of yearbook.
Sorry for such a long entry, I just felt like writing : )
